About the Ocean Highway and Port Authority
The Ocean Highway and Port Authority (OHPA) is an independent special district and political subdivision of the State of Florida, originally chartered in 1941 as the Fernandina Port Authority.
Public Purpose: To encourage economic development in Nassau County through the management and operation of the Port of Fernandina.
